About
My name is Amy
I’m an instructional designer with over a decade of experience in the design industry, bringing a strong foundation in visual design principles, theory, and creative problem‑solving to learning design. I specialize in transforming complex information into learning experiences that are not only effective but also thoughtfully designed and visually engaging.
My background allows me to balance aesthetics with purpose. I know how to make something look beautiful while ensuring it truly serves the learner. I design with intention, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and usability so people can easily engage with content and apply what they’ve learned with confidence.
At the heart of my work is a belief that people deserve to feel safe, supported, and empowered in their roles. No matter the industry, learners should be able to access the tools and resources they need to thrive. Over the years, I’ve supported workforces across Aerospace and Defense, Engineering and Sciences, Transmission, Manufacturing, Recruiting, Sales, Clinical and Laboratory environments, and K–12 education.
I love connecting with other designers and creative‑minded people and am always energized by thoughtful collaboration. Design is my passion—using it as a tool to support people, solve problems, and create learning experiences that feel human, inclusive, and impactful.
